Schedule Management Tools:

Monthly The Monthly Report shows at-a-glance the Monthly schedule by facility with Physician Names, shift times, filled shifts, and open shifts. The Monthly is a dynamic report that allows the Manager the ability to drill-down in detail to track all aspects of scheduling. This report is formatted for printing and can also be e-mailed in .PDF format to all employees within the system.

Open Shift Management Open Shifts can now be managed well in advance to ensure adequate levels of scheduling by store. Open shifts can be dispatched via e-mail, cell phone text, and pager message to all qualified and available employees with the click of a mouse.

Tally The Tally Sheet is a monthly dashboard that shows at-a-glance all shift types by employee as well as variances and percentage of open shifts. The report is dynamic allowing flow from month-to-month. It is pre-formatted for printing and available in .PDF for e-mail.

GAPS Grid The GAPS Grid allows the Manager to see all filled and open shifts for the scheduling period with live links to each day for managing open shifts. The Manager uses this tool as an at-a-glance working report to ensure compliance of all FTE and PRN work targets. If necessary the manager can directly schedule available employees with deficient work targets into open shifts with the click of the mouse.
