Sunday, May 01, 2011 - Jefferson Regional Medical Center recently announced their success in eliminating annual Agency spend of over $500,000. Staffing Manager Danielle Elliott comments, "Part of our success with Staffing Angel was that it allowed our In-House float pool the ability to self-schedule open shifts. The ER took was able to maximize their float pool as well, utilizing these employees for better shift coverage. Overall, Staffing Angel has allowed better management of Employee and Department scheduling. The ability to monitor staffing levels and quickly manage openings has been made our scheduling process more efficient."
