Staffing Angel Referral Rewards
Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. The Staffing Angel™ Referral Rewards Program is sponsored by Staffing Angel Software, LLC. It offers individuals the opportunity to earn a $100 value American Express® -branded prepaid card for each business they refer to Staffing Angel which results in a sale as described below.

2. Staffing Angel employees and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

3. A referral must be received by Staffing Angel through the online form found at www.staffingangel.com/refer to be eligible and will not be accepted by mail, fax or any other means. In order to validate the referral form, the referring individual must submit their name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and company name.

4. To be eligible for the Staffing Angel™ Referral Rewards Program, the referred business must be a business that (i) is not currently a client of Staffing Angel (ii) is not a documented referral from another individual (iii) is not and, never has been in contact or discussions with Staffing Angel regarding our products and services during the 90 day period prior to Staffing Angel’s receipt the referral.

5. The referring individual will receive acknowledgement of their submission via email. Failure to receive such an acknowledgement could mean a transmission error has occurred and the submission was not received by Staffing Angel. Staffing Angel is not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission.

6. In the event a referral does not qualify for the reasons listed, the referring individual will receive notification within 30 days via email.

7. For the purposes of this program, a sale is defined as a referred business that becomes a new Staffing Angel client by signing a Staffing Angel services agreement for Staffing Angel products or services.

Permission

1. Submitting a referral constitutes the referring individual’s full and unconditional agreement to all terms and conditions.

2. By participating in the program, the referring individual grants Staffing Angel the consent to disclose their identity (company and name) to the referred business.

3. With exception of the above, Staffing Angel will not share any information with third parties.

4. With the exception of the notifications described, Staffing Angel will not provide information to the referring individual regarding the sales cycle status or any other information related to the referred business.

Rewards

1. Each referral that results in a sale, will receive a $100 value American Express -branded prepaid card.

2. If the referral results in a sale, the referring individual will be notified by email within 30 days of the sale. The reward will be sent by mail within 30 days of the notification.

3. Any reward, or reward notification, returned to Staffing Angel as undeliverable will result in that prepaid card not being awarded.

4. Card can be used virtually anywhere that welcomes American Express® Cards. Card valid for up to 12 months; unused points will be forfeited the first day after the valid thru date, subject to applicable law. Usage restrictions and guidelines apply. Card cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable. The card is point based with 1 point = $1 USD in purchasing power. The card is issued by American Express Incentive Services, LLC. Card terms and conditions apply.

Conditions

1. Staffing Angel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.

2. Valid in the United States only.
