Employee Profile CreationCompletion Time: 1 DayAfter all employee data is loaded, your Unit Manager and a Staffing Angel™ representative will conduct an online review of employee profiles to clean and confirm each profile and assignment. The final set-up procedure takes approximately 45 seconds for each employee. |
The Master ScheduleCompletion Time: 1 DayThe Master Schedule is the backbone of each Unit and functions to create all jobs prior to the beginning of each schedule. Each Unit has its own Master Schedule and we take extra time to work with each Unit Manager to correctly capture employee type, licensure, skill level, shift times, and total number of jobs needed for each day in the scheduling period. The Advanced Copy feature of the Master allows for rapid set-up, typically within 15 minutes. |
Set-SchedulesCompletion Time: 1 DayEmployees who work set-schedules (i.e. weekend option) have their respective schedules built and copied to all future schedule releases by the Unit Manager. After the Master Schedule is built, a Unit Manager will build online with a Staffing Angel™ representative all employee set schedules. This process takes between 45-60 seconds per profile. Employee Launch LettersCompletion Time: 1 DayThe below letter template is used to describe the timelines and steps prior to the launch of Staffing Angel RN. A letter is created for each employee and contains the employee's username, password and instructions for access. Once approved by the Unit Manager, the letters are sent in a .pdf format to the Unit Manager for printing and distribution. If the client wishes, the file can be sent to a local Kinkos® for printing and be ready for pick-up by facility personnel. See Employee Launch Letter |
Employee TrainingCompletion Time: 1 DayThe most important step in the pre-launch process is training. To ensure 24/7 access, the Staffing Angel RN employee and manager training modules are available online. The modules are interactive, easy-to-use and can be completed in less than 30 minutes. A new-user employee can be trained to a proficient level in one session. Although manager training is more in-depth, a new manager can be 80% proficient in under and hour. To ensure a high-level of manager proficiency a Staffing Angel Specialist works one-on-one with each manager and key employee after each completes the self-study module. Training can be accommodated web conferences or through live sessions. Ongoing training is provided as needed after launch, and is included at no charge. See the Online Tutorial |
