Our process is straightforward:EmployeesWe start with your Employees, labor-flow structure and your vision for a seamless, automated pharmacy scheduling process. We take all information provided and “port” this data into the system via flat file (Excel Spreadsheet) or interfaced and extracted from an existing ERP application if desired. |
Profile AssignmentDuring the next step we build Profiles for each of your employees which include all pertinent information (Contact Info, License, Skill, FTE Status, Credentials, and Work Assignment). Once built, the profile generates a Username and Password for the employee, which is provided to you for distribution in the form of a Launch Letter.All profiles are then checked for accuracy and approved by the client. A Staffing Angel representative walks the client through the approval process via an interactive web conference. |
Master ScheduleThe next step is to build the Master Schedule which creates all jobs within the system. The Master is then linked to the Release Date for launch. Tied to the Master schedule is the creation of Set Schedules for employees who have recurring shifts. |
